CRM Sync products are digital application services — software licenses, capabilities, and entitlements provisioned to your account immediately and automatically at checkout.
No refunds
All sales are final. Because access is granted the moment payment completes — your entitlement is minted, your license is signed, and the capabilities attach to your account — purchases of application services, licenses, and digital add-ons cannot be returned and are not refundable.
Immediate performance and withdrawal (EEA / UK buyers)
By completing a purchase you expressly request immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that, once provisioning begins, you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m), and equivalent national and UK provisions).
What "delivered" means here
Delivery is complete when your license record is written: a timestamped, hash-chained entitlement with a signed receipt. You can verify your license at any time, in your own browser, at crm-sync.dev/verify — no account required. That record, not a download, is the delivered product.
Subscriptions and metered add-ons
Recurring services may be cancelled at any time with effect from the next renewal; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
Defective service and statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits remedies that mandatory law grants you for defective digital content or services, or any other right that cannot lawfully be waived. If the service does not perform as described, contact us via the support address on your receipt and we will remedy the conformity issue.
