Returns & Review Sessions

Returns & review sessions

Everything in this store is digital: licenses, subscriptions, and gated downloads that unlock the moment your order is paid. There is no box to ship back — so instead of a returns counter, we offer something better: a live session to review your install and your features.

Not working the way you expected? Book a review session.

We walk your installation together, verify your entitlements and keys, tour the features you purchased, and answer your questions — until what you bought is doing what it promised. If something on our side is broken, we fix it.

Request a follow-up

Leave the email you purchased with and we’ll reply to schedule your session — usually within one business day.

Received — check your inbox; we’ll reply from [email protected] to schedule.
That didn’t go through — check the email address, or write us directly at [email protected].

Common questions

Can I return a digital product?

Digital purchases unlock instantly, and your grant is yours. Instead of a return, we offer the review session above — the goal is that what you bought works, not that you give it back. If a product is genuinely broken and we can’t fix it, tell us; we’ll make it right.

What happens in a review session?

About thirty minutes, scheduled by email. We check your install, confirm your entitlements are active, walk through the features on your plan, and answer anything you bring. You leave with it working — and with a record of what was reviewed.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Anytime, from your account or by writing to us. Billing stops at the end of the current period and your access continues until then. The cancellation is written into your record the moment it happens — like every other change to what you hold.

What about consumer withdrawal rights?

Where consumer law grants you withdrawal rights, they are honored as presented at checkout. For digital content that unlocks immediately, the law lets you consent to immediate access at purchase — that consent is recorded, like everything else here.

Who do I contact?

[email protected] — or the form above, which reaches the same team and logs your request so nothing is lost between messages.
