You can reach a person here. Not a bot, not a queue — the people who built this.
[email protected] — answered within one business day, usually sooner. If something is broken on a live store, say so in the subject line and it goes to the front.
Ask for a walkthrough — free, no commitment
Thirty minutes, screen shared, with someone who knows the system. We will set it up with you on your own store, answer whatever you want to ask, and if it turns out this is not the right fit for you we will say so.
There is nothing to buy at the end of it and no follow-up sequence. We do this because most of what looks like a product problem is a five-minute setup question, and because you should not have to evaluate software by reading documentation alone.
Email us for a time → Say roughly when suits you and which store, and you will get the same person who answers everything else here.
The five things people usually ask
Reviews are not showing on my product page
The Reviews Sync block has to be added to your product template. In your admin: Online Store → Themes → Customize → your product template → Add block → Apps → Reviews Sync. Drag it where you want reviews to appear and press Save. No theme code is changed, and removing the block removes it cleanly.
I set a Tag Manager container and nothing loads
Two settings work together and neither does anything alone. The container ID goes in Reviews Sync → Settings, and the Reviews Sync stack app embed has to be switched on under Theme settings → App embeds. Container without the embed loads nothing; embed without the container loads consent and analytics but no container.
A review shows as unverified
Verified is not a label anyone chooses. When a review is submitted we look up that customer's orders and check the product actually appears on one. If it does not — different email, guest checkout, an order outside the window we can see — the review publishes without the mark rather than claiming something we cannot show.
Google says my account is not eligible
Publishing reviews to Google has four gates and only the first is yours: collecting fifty reviews. The other three — programme eligibility, enrolment, and API access — are Google's, and they run on Google's clock rather than ours. The Google page in the app shows exactly which one you are waiting on. Your reviews keep working on your own storefront throughout.
A customer has asked me to delete their review and their data
File it through Shopify the way you would for any customer, and it reaches us automatically. The review's name and body are cleared, the rating is kept so other customers' averages do not silently change, and any copy we published elsewhere is withdrawn. The outcome is recorded so that if anyone later asks you to show the erasure happened, you can.
What happens when you report something
A person reads it, reproduces it on a real store, and fixes it. Then the fix gets a test, so the same thing cannot come back quietly later.
That order matters to us and it is worth being plain about why. Automation is very good at checking whether something still works and very bad at noticing that it never worked in the first place. So the human does the judging and the machine does the remembering — never the other way round.
If we cannot fix something, we will tell you that instead of leaving the ticket open. If it is a gate we do not control, we will tell you whose it is.
For your security or privacy team
Reach us at [email protected] and say who you are — those questions get answered properly rather than deflected to a sales call.
Things your team can check without an account, before talking to anyone:
- What the app processes, and why — the three data classes, and what it deliberately does not touch
- Software bill of materials — what is in the software, published
- Signing keys — so anything we sign can be verified independently
- The code that runs on your storefront — readable in full, before you approve it
The app requests two permissions and no more: read your products, and read your orders. It holds no write permission on anything, so a defect here cannot change your catalogue, your customers or your orders.
If you are leaving
Uninstall from your Shopify admin. Your credential is revoked immediately, and forty-eight hours later your reviews and any published copies of them are erased. You do not need to ask us, and you do not need to wait for us.
If you would like your reviews exported first, email us before you uninstall and we will send them as a file you own.
